The Governor Team
The Governing team is made up of volunteers some of which are parents and some are members of the local community.
The nationally defined roles for school governing bodies are:
- Ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction.
- Hold the head teacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils, and the performance management of staff.
- Oversee the financial performance of the school and make sure its money is well spent.

The Governing Body of St Anne's has up to 16 Full members and a number of Associate members.
